- o if personal data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation;
- o personal data have been collected in connection with the provision of services of the information society under the Union or national law in the scope of the operator.

- • the right to address the National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data Processing or the competent courts, to the extent deemed necessary.
Repeated deletion requests, unfounded or excessive requests will be charged 10 Euros per request. Requests mean every tick on the dedicated page where you can track your site registrations.
